If you’re here, you might be wondering a little about my story.

I’m Eryn, the founder of So Worth Loving, a brand and community that began during one of the hardest seasons of my life as I wrestled with a question I wasn’t alone in asking: Where does our worth come from when it’s not rooted in relationship status, success, things, approval, or performative religion? What started as a simple idea in 2011, grew into a brand reaching all 50 states and more than 30 countries, reminding me that this wasn’t just my question. It was ours.

In that same season, I wrote a book. It was meant to help others, but it ended up saving me. Writing forced me to slow down, name the ache, and confront what I had been using to define my value.

For more than 15 years, I’ve used storytelling, apparel, and conversation to talk honestly about self worth, identity, resilience, and the quiet work of relearning where you have been finding your worth.

Since 2019, I’ve had the honor of hosting God Hears Her with Our Daily Bread Ministries, sitting with women in the messy, broken, and tender parts of their lives. Those conversations shaped me deeply and continue to guide how I show up.

Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter, launching another podcast for entrepreneurs, creators, and go getters who are building meaningful work while learning how to hold onto their worth along the way.

This space is an invitation to live with forgiveness, purpose, courage, and a worth that does not have to be earned.
